We always love Pearl and Vine for a wonderful night out and delicious cocktails. Beautiful restaurant and top notch service.

Gus was UNBELIEVABLE. We had a last minute cancellation with friends at another venue and high tailed our way to Pearl & Vine with oysters in mind. Gus made us aware of the Beckendorff farms bruschetta that made the menu that evening, and he was SPOT ON. Tomato never tasted like tomato so much. He offered to help us cut it up (that tomato was GLOBAL HUGE!) and when you forget about what you came for to eat the daily special, it means something. He asked us if we'd like some time between dishes (where many places want you the heck out of there) and we never felt rushed or pushed into a decision too quick. The evening felt relaxed and we felt amazingly taken care of. Gus has been a waiter for 54 years, we asked, because you can tell through the small things he does and catches that he cares about what his patrons feel, not just a transaction. We eat out every now and again and at very nice establishments as we don't hire a sitter often, and what Pearl & Vine has in Gus, a 5 star place.

Chef Kenneth is incredible! Everything that comes out of the kitchen is carefully cooked and the flavors are wonderful. We sat outside on a lovely evening and it was a lot calmer than inside. The sound of cutlery sort of echoes but there was live music which created a quieter atmosphere amongst the customers. It is pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

One of the most amazing places I have to been to in Katy. The place is upscale and fancy with great service, ambiance and delicious food. We came here to celebrate my partners birthday. We started with some appetizers which had good veg and non veg options. The entrees had a lot of options but not too much veg options again. The Alfredo pasta is unfortunately most delicious because it lacked the creaminess of an Alfredo sauce. The salmon is okay, didn't really like the dish in whole. However hard off to our server Jessica for a hear service.

Dined in for a birthday dinner and the food was stellar. Our server was sweet and attentive. The design and ambiance of the restaurant allowed space for conversation and was dimly lit, setting a nice tone to our event. Located on a pond, views of the fountain and outdoor patio were a great background. The espresso martini was a perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. The oysters Rockefeller topping was amazing, however the oyster itself was a bit slimy for its massive size and could have been cooked longer. The short rib was very tender, however the plate overall had an overpowering smoky flavor with the broccolini and sauce. The goat cheese au gratin was a bit dry, but the meal was still decent. The key lime bar was the star of the show. I would order this 1000 times. Overall, the experience was pleasurable. I would order different options upon my next visit.

Wow! This was our first visit. We met the chef and owner at Sip N Stroll event; his short rib tart was amazing. He was so personable, we learned a lot about the restaurant. So for our anniversary we decided to dine at the restaurant. Every piece was perfect! The margaritas and paloma were on point. The wines our waiter (Joel) recommended were spot on. Joel was very knowledgeable about his spirits and the menu. We started with some rolls and the Campechana. It was such a delight! I had the Elote Caesar and was hands down the best salad I had ever had! Could easily see sitting at the bar for lunch with just a drink and that salad! The combination of roasted corn with the cotija and cornbread crouton were so perfectly joined together. My husband orders the p&v house salad and ate every bite, but agreed Elote Caesar was phenomenal. For main course I chose the Braised Short Rib and it was the best decision!!! The goat cheese potatoes au gratin paired perfect and were delectable. The broccolini was a lil over done, had a smokey bbq flavor that made it kinda stringy. My husband ordered the Grilled Ahi and ate EVERY BITE! He thought the beet relish was subtle and a perfect addition. For dessert we chose the Key Lime Bar! And I would choose it again! It was so refreshing and the perfect ending to a great meal! Wait staff was amazing! Ambiance and view from our table for 2 was amazing! Overall let me just say, we will be returning sooner than later!
